I have a slight vibration on the inside of my right heel, occurring every 8-15 seconds and lasting for about 1-2 seconds. It is not painful and very subtle. I had the same sensation in the back of my right thigh just above my knee a few weeks ago. I take Keppra, 500mg twice a day due to a brain tumor that was removed in September 2018. I have had many MRIs and doctors' visits since then, with no other concerns mentioned. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests should I consider?

I cannot take ibuprofen because I take Coumadin daily. I suffer from migraines and have an artificial mitral valve. Can I take Fioricet, and what is the recommended frequency for migraines?

I’ve had a bacterial sinus infection for a couple of weeks now. I’ve been on augmentin for a week. Still having pressure between eyes. Afraid it’s going to turn into a brain abscess or brain infection. I have Chiari 1 malformation and a VP shunt. What should I do?
