I have a small bruise-like lump on my upper right arm that doesn't hurt. I'm 25 years old, not using any medications, and have no significant medical history. The lump has been present for about a month and has changed in appearance, going from darker purple and larger to smaller and oval-shaped. It started around the time I began working out with P90X and pull-ups, but I haven't felt any muscle strain, just regular soreness. Should I be concerned about this lump, and if so, what signs should I watch for?

I have been bruising easily and my left lymph node has been swollen for about a month, causing some discomfort. I recently moved to Florida and don't have a health provider. I had a tonsillectomy at age 7 and my sister has had leukemia. What should I do about my symptoms?

I have swelling of the penis shaft that occurs after masturbation but goes away after a bit. It feels and looks weird. Not pain just swollen under the head. What do I do? Very unusual.

I just went to a walk-in clinic to check my blood pressure and they did a urine microalbumin test with a score of 30.00. The urine creatinine was 300.00, resulting in a U Malb/Cr ratio of 0.10, which is normal. What are the implications of these results, and should I be concerned?
