I have a small, hard bump in my chin just above my Adam’s Apple. It feels like the size of a pea, doesn’t hurt, and moves under my nail. I noticed it last night and there have been no changes. What could this bump be, and should I be concerned about it?

I'm borderline Type 2 diabetic. After eating, I get a headache and feel really sleepy about 30-40 minutes later. I'm currently on Metformin and Jardiance to help lower my A1C. Is this a normal response, and are there any dietary suggestions to help manage this? Additionally, my mom and both sisters have thyroid issues, and my youngest daughter is being referred to an endocrinologist for possible thyroid issues. My blood work for thyroid comes back normal, but I have similar symptoms to my sister. Is it possible to have thyroid issues despite normal bloodwork, and if so, what tests should I ask for?
