I had a steroid shot containing Depomedrol 80 mg and dexamethasone 4 mg. I don't do well with steroids and my doctor confirmed my blood work showed no inflammation. However, I was given the shot for an ear problem and new issues after an adjustment. My muscles are not holding now, and I have many problems from my cervical area. How long will the effects of this shot last, and what can I do to recover from its side effects? I usually swim and do other activities, but I am concerned about my current condition. Laying down is the hardest thing on my body.
