I have been alcohol abstinent for 19 months. On 10/30 I had one mixed frozen margarita, on 10/31 two bud light beers, and on 11/3 one glass of wine. None of the drinks I consumed was more than 5% alcohol. I had a peth test today 11/5 in which the cut off level is 20ng. Will I pass?

I’m a 25-year-old male with an Arnold Chiari 1 malformation. I had an MRI with and without contrast, which came back clear except for the malformation. I’ve had a persistent twitch in my lower eyelid for a month, which has spread to other parts of my body. I’m concerned if this could be sinister or neurologically wrong, such as a brain tumor. Can I relax with a recent clear MRI result, or is this something serious?

I was 100 feet downwind from another family having an outdoor BBQ. Nobody was wearing masks, and one person started coughing. Am I at risk of catching Covid from him? I know it's supposed to be safer outdoors, but if I was able to smell their ribs cooking, wouldn't his respiratory droplets reach me too?
