I have a small swelling in the neck region that has reduced in size. I want to understand if this reduction is due to it being normal size previously or if it was only less than average and now returning to normal. I am concerned about whether this could be a sign of cancer or lymphoma.

Occasionally when driving and talking on my cell phone, I rest my elbow on the window sill with my phone up to my head. After hanging up, my thumb, index finger, and middle finger feel weak, tight, and tingle. The sensation wears off after a few minutes. Is this cause for concern, and what could it be?

I have a heart rate of 100-140 most of the time, and it can go up to 150-180 with little to no movement. My heart rate only returns to 'normal' when I'm asleep. I've been experiencing dizziness, shakiness, teeth chattering, and shortness of breath for about 8-9 months. I've seen multiple doctors and had various tests, including EKGs, ultrasounds, MRIs, and blood tests, all of which show my heart is okay but very fast, and my blood pressure is consistently high. I've also been prescribed anxiety meds and Adderall, which help somewhat but don't fully resolve the issue. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests or treatments should I consider?

Can you implant 4 days post ovulation (4dpo) and see a gestational sac on ultrasound? If so, how did I get a positive pregnancy test so quickly?
