I have been experiencing neck pain for about 10 days, which has spread to my right shoulder. The pain is constant and achey, with intensity varying when I take Tylenol. I am currently taking Amlodipine for high blood pressure and was prescribed Naproxen 500mg twice a day, Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride 10mg once a day at bedtime, and Tylenol Extra Strength 2 tablets if the pain is more. The pain seems to have worsened since starting Naproxen and has moved to my shoulder. What could be causing this and what can I do for relief?
