I have a sore throat that started 3 days ago. It's not severe but I wake up with drainage that stays constant all day, along with a dry nose that doesn't produce mucus. The pain is dull. I'm 36 years old and take montelukast 10mg daily for allergies and use cough drops. Is there anything else I should do for my symptoms?

I've been experiencing discomfort and pain in my genital area and lower stomach for the past two months, including irritation, dull pain near the left side of my testicle, and occasional stomach pain. I've had multiple tests (STD, urine culture, blood work, inflammation test) which all came back negative. I also took doxycycline for a few days but still feel irritation and pain. I have severe health anxiety and am worried about potential bladder or prostate issues. What could be causing these symptoms and should I be concerned about serious health issues?

Is this a normal bowel movement stool for a 25-year-old male? I have nausea, loss of appetite, dull stomach pains, and sometimes see bright red blood on paper towel after straining, which causes burning and itching. My endoscopy was clear, but I'm concerned about colon cancer due to weight loss from loss of appetite.
