I have a strange problem where I get extremely nervous around people I know, especially if I haven't seen them in a while, and I am terrified of large crowds or public speaking. My symptoms include slurred speech, excessive sweating on my forehead, and facial twitching. I don't feel nervous, but my body reacts as if it is. This is affecting my life significantly, especially in my construction business where I need to meet with clients. I often drink a beer to numb my face and present myself better, but I hate relying on this. Is there something I can do to help me?

I have a really bad cold sore that won't go away. I've tried using Neosporin, Abreva, and Bactrium, but none of them worked. I went to the emergency room and they gave me Bactrium, which caused a seizure due to my low calcium levels. What can I use to help get rid of this cold sore, and can I send you a picture for assessment?

I had a gastric band fitted 5 years ago, but I only lost weight before the operation. Afterward, I had to keep getting the band topped up, which didn't help and was expensive. I paid £6000 for the operation and feel disappointed and swindled. Why didn't the gastric band work for me?

What are some underlying conditions that cause cobblestone throat? I developed this about three years ago. Went to the doctor and he told me it was cobblestone throat. He had no solution for this, said it's just what some people have. I need a solution to this problem, my throat should be healthy. I have to wear a night guard at night, could that be causing my throat to dry out? I don't believe I have acid reflux, no symptoms of that at all. It's not like a sore throat, I don't seem to have any real problems with allergies. I am puzzled by this problem.
