I was seen at the ER this morning for a COPD flare-up and was given steroids, which are affecting my blood sugar levels. I have diabetes, an insulin pump, and a continuous glucose monitor. My blood sugar is currently at 513, and I'm having trouble managing it. I'm also experiencing excessive thirst and drinking a lot of water. What additional steps can I take to manage my blood sugar levels due to the steroids?

I ate refrigerated expired Coleman's mustard last night. It expired in 2017 and was open. I have awful stomach cramps and diarrhea. Am very concerned. How long have you had diarrhea? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about diarrhea? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I need a referral to see a urologist in person. I have been experiencing slight pain sometimes while urinating, which is of normal color. This issue has been ongoing for a few weeks, and I have spoken with doctors but have not been able to speak with a specialist. Additionally, I have had issues with a rash that comes and goes, and I have been tested for STI/STD multiple times with fine results. There is also a rash developing on the shaft of my penis, which is raised, red, and grey colored, and there are small red dots elsewhere on the shaft. The rash does not itch or cause pain, but I would like to know what it could be and how to treat it.
