I had a bowel movement that was hard to come out, and when it did, there was a small amount of red-tinged material on top of it. I'm concerned if this could be blood and if it could be something serious like cancer. Additionally, I've been experiencing shooting pains in my anal region when sitting and upper and lower abdominal pain. Could these symptoms be related to straining during bowel movements or hemorrhoids?

I received a first dose of AstraZeneca vaccine in Brazil in late April and then a first dose of Pfizer vaccine in the U.S. My doctor in Brazil believes I should get both doses of Pfizer to be fully protected. What is your opinion?

I’m going to try cholestyramine for bile reflux and malabsorption. I got an ADEK vitamin to supplement that as well. I already take 12 gm of Heather's Tummy Fiber (acacia white). My poop has white tiny balls in it, possibly indicating my Creon isn’t being absorbed. Is it possible that my Creon and Prevacid, the only capsule pills I take, are not effective due to my GI problems? Should I contact my doctor about this?
