For the last month, I have been experiencing extreme hot spells (infrequent fever) with cold sweating while overheated, fatigue, and dizziness. I am a 39-year-old female, 125 lbs, 5'7" Caucasian. My mother has a thyroid condition and had a hysterectomy at age 40. I have been using a recreational drug (fentanyl) for the past eight months, but I do not believe my symptoms are related to withdrawal. I have no thyroid and take Levothyroxine, and I also take Prevacid to protect my stomach from anti-inflammatory medications. What would be the best times to take these medications to avoid interference and ensure proper absorption?
