I have a very low HRV average of 15 and a high of 36. I am very concerned. I am 68 years old, male, and have a resting heart rate of 55. I have been aware of this issue for about 2 weeks. I feel okay but am concerned about the low HRV. I had a pacemaker for 12 years that was removed in May, and the leads are still in. What should I do about my low HRV and resting heart rate?
