I have a very painful shoulder that prevents me from having a good night's sleep. I've had an X-ray which showed wear and tear. I'm 88 years old, take Verapamil, and have a hiatus hernia managed with lanzaprozol. I'm considering trying CBD but want to start with the smallest dose to test my reaction.
