I have tympanosclerosis with possible infection and impacted earwax. I am a 27-year-old male with mild ear pain, impacted brown smelly earwax that needs cleaning every 6 months, and scarred eardrums from past tubes. One eardrum has red on the scar, and there's a dark dot. The ear pain is stable, achy, and sensitive when touched. I've tried ofloxacin ear drops without success.
