I have been experiencing symptoms similar to a stomach flu for about 2 months, including diarrhea, nausea, lethargy, and sporadic dizzy spells that sometimes lead to panic and restlessness. My resting pulse increases to 100 bpm during these attacks, and I have noticed a 5 kg weight loss over the last month despite normal eating habits. I also feel permanently stressed, have depression and aggression, and have lost interest in activities I used to enjoy. My doctor suspects hyperthyroidism, but I don't have heat sensitivity. What other physical conditions could be causing these symptoms?
