Hello, I have a cold for 3 weeks now which has complicated into sinusitis and recently my ears are very clogged and I can barely hear. I also have lots of mucus which sometimes leads me to choking when I try to cough it out. The cough is mostly in the mornings and evenings, and it's dry in the evenings since there are less mucus. I have used Sinupret Intense, Actifed, and a nasal spray with xylometazoline, but they didn't help after a week. I have not done any tests. What could be causing this and what medications can help?

I received a cortisone injection in my glute muscle two months ago for nerve pain, which worked well. I got another injection two days ago as the pain returned. The pain has increased and is worse than before. I masturbated yesterday, which may have aggravated the area. Did I ruin the shot, or did I stretch the muscle where the needle went in? The doctor who administered the injection didn't use ultrasound. Could he have hit a nerve? Should I be concerned?

My 5-year-old son had COVID 2-3 weeks ago. He's usually very active and eats well, but this week he has a loss of appetite, goes straight to bed from school without dinner, and doesn't wake up until the next morning. He has a mild, phlegm-producing cough that comes and goes, but no temperature. What could be causing this and what should I do?
