I have back pain located along a straight line from my sternum to my back, near the spine and the point where most people tend to slouch. My posture has been getting worse, and I work at a job where I look down a lot. I've tried using a broomstick to keep my shoulders back, but I'm unsure if this is effective. What is the best way to maintain good posture without looking foolish, and is it normal to get tired holding good posture? Additionally, can a Nissen fundoplication cause someone to slouch over the years?

I have a hard swollen place on my upper right chest and lower neck, which feels connected to my bone and is larger than the other side. It is about the size of two finger tips and does not cause pain or tenderness. How long have you had the swelling? About how large is the affected area? Is your bone painful or tender? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

My partner and I had sex last Wednesday, and she took Plan B the day after. She is now experiencing light pink and brown blood from her vagina when she urinates, about 5 days after taking Plan B. Could this be a side effect of Plan B, or is there a chance of pregnancy? When should she take a pregnancy test, and does the cost of abortion pills differ based on how early or late we notice the pregnancy?

My daughter took cannabis gummies and is experiencing symptoms such as not being able to feel herself, but she can still walk and swallow water. She took the gummies at 11 pm EST and came to my room around 2:19 am. Her vital signs are blood pressure 144/76, temperature 97.1, heart rate 80 with irregularities, and oxygen saturation 99-100%. She takes Zyrtec for allergies and has a history of unknown origin allergies that cause hives without Zyrtec. How long will these symptoms last and what should we do?
