I have been breathing through my nose 24/7 for 5 years, which led to convulsions, seizures, and blackouts. I recently switched to breathing through my mouth and noticed changes in my body, such as altered chemical production in my brain, sluggishness, and high blood pressure. I also experienced disruptions in fluid retention and hormone production. What do you think I did to my body as a result of this prolonged nasal breathing, and will it recover on its own?
