I have been coughing up an extraordinary amount of clear phlegm for about half an hour and it's still ongoing. I had a heart attack last December and take heart medications. My health is improving since leaving the hospital, and my family has a history of strong hearts. What should I do now?

I've been diagnosed with OCD. All day, I have repetitive negative thoughts that make me feel very anxious and depressed. This has been happening for a long time and is driving me crazy. I've been taking medication for a long time and really need help. What can be done to manage these symptoms?

I’m currently taking mirtazapine 15mg nightly and took 5mg of endone an hour ago. Should I take the mirtazapine 15mg tonight or is it not advised? I also take 400mg plaquenil and 20mg nifedipine a day for connective tissue disease.

What is a hypoechoic lesion on the kidney, and can it be definitively diagnosed as benign through ultrasound alone? Do we need a second opinion, and how can you tell for sure without a biopsy?

I used Veet a few days ago and developed a cyst afterwards. Is that possible? I experienced a small amount of blood coming out of the bump. My health has been generally good, and there are no other medical issues I think the doctor should know about.

I had a cold two weeks ago with sinus problems and earache, which went away. Now, my neck is stiff on the back and sides, and I have zero energy. I'm normally very active, but now I can barely do chores. I'm also experiencing dizziness, especially when moving fast. Is this normal?
