For the last 2 months, I have had an issue with fulfilling deep breaths, which disappeared for a week and a half. After resuming running on the treadmill, the issue returned. My oxygen levels and heart rate are normal, and I have no other symptoms. What could be causing this, and is it related to my anxiety or exercise?
