I have been diagnosed with hyperhidrosis and athlete's feet, and my feet sweat all the time, causing them to smell and get athlete's feet frequently. I've tried various treatments like Lamisil, Tinactin, and Defense Body Wipes with tea tree oil, but nothing seems to help. I've also seen a dermatologist at the Veterans Administration who prescribed Ketoconazole 2% and Selsun Blue, but the condition persists. I have PTSD and find it very difficult to go out in public and interact. What else can be done to treat my athlete's feet, especially given my hyperhidrosis and mild liver enzyme elevation likely due to fatty liver?
