I have been experiencing a deep, sore feeling in my lungs that makes me feel like I need to cough, especially after running. This sensation has persisted for about two weeks and doesn't go away as it used to. I am a 42-year-old male, non-smoker, with a history of heart palpitations that specialists have deemed harmless. What could be causing this persistent lung discomfort?

For the past 10 years, I have experienced on-and-off sharp chest pain only on the left side, possibly near my heart. The pain has become more frequent (a few times a day) and sharper. It occurs both at rest and during activity. I am 29 years old, in great shape, and my doctor has not taken my concerns seriously, attributing the pain to inflamed tissue in my rib cage. What could be causing this pain, and what tests or treatments should I consider?

I am a 33-year-old female with persistent leg swelling since sclerotherapy for spider veins. My legs, especially above and around my knees, fill with fluid daily, and the swelling reduces overnight but not completely. I also experience swelling in my eyes, fingers, and feet, and my abdomen swells to a hard, rubber-like state. Despite negative test results for liver, kidney, heart, and hormone issues, I suspect idiopathic cyclic edema. Can this be the cause, and what can be done to help it?
