I have been experiencing a dull pain in the lower right side of my back, behind the hip bone, for a couple of years. The pain worsens with standing or walking and is also present in the mornings. My hip makes popping sounds, and I have noticed a slight curve in my spine. I broke my ankle 12 years ago, and I believe my walking posture, with my toe kicked out, may be contributing to the issue. What could be causing this pain, and what can I do to alleviate it?

I haven't been able to eat for 4 days. I feel hungry for a second, then I feel bloated most of the time. I have alternating diarrhea and constipation, unintentional weight loss, and loss of appetite. I am experiencing stress and have a family history of irritable bowel syndrome. My thyroid status is fine, and there is no family history of inflammatory bowel disease. I am not running any intermittent or recurrent fever. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I have a rash on my upper thighs and inner elbows that started about 4-5 days ago. It's super itchy, sometimes burning, and has now spread to the inside of my knees. I've tried calamine lotion and Benadryl, which helped slightly. I also have a healing burn from 12 days ago, and the rash is affecting both ends of this burn. Could this be an allergic rash, eczema, or scabies? What should I do to treat it?

I had a small area on my finger that looked like a slightly open paper cut, possibly exposed to saliva from a student's mouth. Should I take antibiotics or just monitor the area?
