I have been experiencing a faint pain in the liver area for 7-10 days. The pain is dull and stinging, and it improves when I stand up. I have been taking Advil for a shoulder sprain for about a month. I also have Graves disease and take Synthroid. I don't eat fatty foods and drink a glass of wine with dinner. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?
