I have been experiencing lower back pain for 8 years, which has recently become constant and severe, affecting my ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods. An X-ray showed my pelvic bones are not aligned, with one higher than the other. What kind of tests or treatments do you recommend for managing this pain?

My Vitamin D count is very low. Is there such a thing as Vitamin D shots or infusion? I am nearly 76 years old, female, and currently unable to take the liquid form of vitamins due to difficulty swallowing pills. I also have Celiac Disease, Reynaud's Syndrome, and a missing Vestibular Nerve in my right ear, which causes frequent headaches.

I have a benign tumor behind my right eye and occasionally get migraines. I also had coffee today, which is unusual for me. What could be causing this sporadic facial numbness?
