I have been experiencing a migraine for almost a week, starting on Saturday at 2 am. I have been taking Ubrelvy 50 mg and Maxalt 10 mg, mainly using Ubrelvy, but the headache has not completely gone away. I am unable to contact my doctor and am concerned about the potential side effects of increasing the Ubrelvy dose to 100 mg, especially regarding its impact on my asthma or breathing. Should I try the 100 mg Ubrelvy, and does it affect breathing? Additionally, I have been diagnosed with diabetes and have had migraines all my life, which have worsened in the last 6 months. What can be used to reduce the swelling and stop the headache from returning once Maxalt wears off?
