Can yeast infection bumps look like herpes on the vagina? I have had this issue for about 4 days with two whiteish bumps that do not hurt or itch, and no pain when I pee. I have a lot of discharge and have had herpes/shingles under my arm. Should I get a blood test, and are these bumps related to my cold sore?

I am 43 years old and have been taking cocodamol (30/500) for approximately 8 years, prescribed by my doctor for a back injury. My average dose is 4 tablets a day. I am concerned about the long-term use of paracetamol and have read that it may not be good for health.
