I have severe hypothyroidism with T3 and T4 levels below normal and a high TSH. I've been on 100mcg of Synthroid for over two months, and it was only today that my dose was increased to 125mcg. I'm extremely hypothyroid and on lithium for bipolar disorder. I'm experiencing severe pain in my hamstring and hip due to a gluteal tear, and my feet are also severely affected. I'm concerned that the small increase in my Synthroid dose won't raise my thyroid levels quickly enough. Should I be taking more Synthroid, like 150mcg, to raise my levels faster, or should I add an additional 25mcg to my current dose for the first few days?

I have positive IgG bands 41 and 66 and am experiencing Lyme disease symptoms such as severe body pain, chronic fatigue, brain fog, problems regulating body temperature, and muscle twitching. I have seen a doctor who is baffled by the results, stating I have a Lyme-like illness but is unsure. My blood tests are normal except for the IgG bands. Can this be Lyme disease, and what should I do next?
