I have been experiencing blind spots in my vision for 2 months, along with blurred vision and double vision. I had Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion (BRVO) and macular edema, for which I received a steroid injection 3 weeks ago, noticing about 20% improvement. I also have a history of Behçet disease affecting my left eye. What could be causing these blind spots and what steps should I take to address them?

I have ongoing discomfort on my upper right abdomen. I have no known hormonal problems and my eating habits have improved. I've had this pain for years on and off, with diarrhea, bloating, and occasional cramping. My ultrasound and blood work were mostly normal, except for slightly elevated bilirubin. Could this be related to my gallbladder or colon?

I have been experiencing the presence of parasites, as evidenced by the images of worms found in my stools and something coughed up. Stool tests have always come back negative. I have taken albendazole in the past, which didn't seem to help much, but mebendazole did. I am looking for a specialist in parasitic infections, preferably at a university hospital, as it seems that many doctors in California are not knowledgeable about this issue. Can you provide guidance on where to find such a specialist and how often I should take mebendazole for treatment?
