I have an aching pain in the right side of my stomach near my right hip, which hurts when I take a step. I also have slight burning when I urinate. I have been taking Ozempic for weight loss and haven't been able to eat much today due to nausea. I haven't had a bowel movement since yesterday and it wasn't much. Should I be worried?
