I have been experiencing bloating and pain in my right side next to my rib cage for the last 3 days. The pain is at the bottom of the right rib cage and slightly higher diagonally. I have had some loose stool but no diarrhea, vomiting, or nausea. What could this be and what should I do?

If I have no pain, can eat and drink normally, and have normal stools, do I still have acute pancreatitis? Additionally, if I had recurrent acute pancreatitis treated with a stent, is it possible to only have pancreatitis once in a lifetime? Will I always need to worry about it coming back, and will this affect me for my whole life? Can I lead a normal life, eat normally, and drink a minimal amount of alcohol, or should alcohol still be avoided? If a stent opened my pancreatic duct, is it still considered damaged or healthy now that it has returned to normal size and is no longer enlarged?

I had an all-over bone scan showing dark areas. I have no recent injuries or fractures, but I am experiencing pain in a couple of these areas. What could these dark areas indicate, and do the spots on the lungs mean anything?
