I have been experiencing breathing problems for about two weeks. I am a 38-year-old female, non-smoker, with no known allergies or asthma. I had a similar issue last August, which was found to be normal after emergency room tests. I have been taking Vitamin D3 and CoQ-10, but stopped recently. My blood pressure is 100/50 with a pulse rate of 80. What could be causing my breathing issues and what should I do?

My son turns 8 tomorrow. He occasionally will get in a hurry when using the restroom and not flush the toilet. Yesterday, he used the bathroom in my master toilet sometime after I left for work. When I went in there last night, there was urine and a brown large stool. The water around the stool had a reddish color. To the left and right of the stool. The rest of the water in the bowl was yellow urine color. The red freaked me out and I am very concerned. After sitting for maybe 10 hours, would the bile in the stool potentially mix with the urine and cause some of the water around the stool to turn red? I'm sorry this is gross. But I'm very worried something is wrong.
