I have been experiencing chest and arm pain, specifically in the left arm near the armpit and behind the left breast, for about a month. My neck also hurts on the left side, feeling swollen but not painful. I have seen a doctor about the arm pain. How can I differentiate between pain from a pinched nerve and heart attack or angina pain, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic?

I've had a chronic cough for years, I have asthma, and I smoke. I also experienced coughing up blood a year ago and have occasional pain under my left breast that sometimes radiates to my back. My doctor said it's gas and my abdomen scan was clear, but my ESR was 19. Could I have lung cancer or COPD?

I have been experiencing bloating, grassiness, constipation, and loose motions for over a year. Recently, I had a bad stomach due to something I ate, and today I noticed my stools were dark brown/black and slimy, with a foul smell. I had beans and pork for lunch and beef the previous night. Could this be due to an infection or just what I ate? I have also been taking an over-the-counter fiber supplement to ease my constipation.
