I have been experiencing chronic ear issues for the last 1.5 years, including recurring clogging, dark fluid and chunks coming out of my ears, and pressure behind my eye. I have seen multiple doctors and tried various medications, but the symptoms persist. I recently had lab results showing positive for Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. What could be causing these issues and what further steps should I take?

I've been having a poky headache for about 30 days. I am 23 years old, have high cholesterol, and low vitamin D. The headache is at a level 3 on a scale of 1-10 and feels like someone is poking my scalp in different places. I also felt slightly nauseous early this morning, but my vision is fine. Would a stroke be unlikely without any head trauma and an INR of only 2.1 if on Coumadin? Also, if my INR jumped from 1.51 to 2.2 without a change in dosage, should I repeat the INR on the side that didn’t have heparin, and would that be an unusual jump in INR?
