I have been experiencing constant dizziness since May 9. I am 23 years old and currently taking Flunarizine for migraines. The dizziness is both light-headed and spinning in nature, and it is separate from my migraines. It is most frequent when standing and is getting worse. I have not seen a doctor yet but plan to do so next week. My blood pressure was high, and I have no history of excessive alcohol drinking, cigarette smoking, or other significant health conditions. What could be causing this dizziness, and what steps should I take?

I failed two hair follicle drug tests (tested positive for Cocaine and the metabolite level was 13). I have never used cocaine and am not on medication. The results caused me to lose my job. What could cause this and what are my options as far as proving the results are incorrect?

I have been experiencing left hand pain below the triceps, numbness, left side neck discomfort, and occasional left side shoulder and hip pain for the past three months. The symptoms started after working out with incorrect posture, and the pain and numbness are sharp. I am using prednisone for an autoimmune disorder and have minimal change disease. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?

I recently had a neck injury 2.5 months ago. I had a relapse with alcohol and was passed out with my head down, leading to fluid being noticed in the back of my neck during a hospital visit. I was given a neck brace for 2 weeks and had intense pain initially, which has subsided. However, I now have a dull ache and a slight hard lump near the injury site. I've been very active and working out almost every day. Is it common to still have residual pain, and will it eventually go away? What should I expect?

I have an unusual mole on my chest that has grown in size over the last year. It itches occasionally and is the same color as the rest of my skin. I am 57 years old and taking Colchicine, Allopurinol, Atorvastatin, along with vitamins and supplements. I have a history of gout, arthritis, and sometimes high blood pressure. My mother had skin cancer removed from her face and scalp, and I am often in the sun as I am a boater and golfer. What should I do about this mole?

I have hyperacusis and tinnitus, which cause pain and fatigue, making it difficult for me to work as a musician. I've seen an ENT and audiologist, done various tests and CT scans, all of which are clear. The ENT recommended seeing a specialist physician for blood work and tests to check for systematic issues. What other specialist physician do you recommend I see? Internist? Neurologist?
