I have been experiencing continuous head spinning for two months, diagnosed with left ear vestibular dysfunction or Meniere's disease. I have tried various medications including water pills, meclizine, and betaserc 16 mg twice a day, but they have not improved my condition. What could be causing this, and what is the best treatment to relieve my symptoms?
