I have been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting all day. The diarrhea comes and goes, with episodes every 4 hours today after being more frequent last night. I have also experienced nausea, fatigue, and bloating. I am 67 years old, on high blood pressure and rheumatoid arthritis medications, and received a shot for osteoporosis last week. I have not taken any medications for the diarrhea. Should I seek immediate medical care or wait a couple of days?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and worried about potential listeria exposure from using a contaminated knife to cut raw chicken a month ago. I haven't had fever but have experienced diarrhea, mild throat ache, stuffy and runny nose. My concerns are: How significant is the risk of listeria, what preventive measures can be taken, can asymptomatic listeria infections harm the baby, and what is the actual incubation period for listeria?

My mom, who is 74 years old and on dialysis 3 times a week, has developed a foot condition causing the skin to peel. She recently had a rash that covered 80% of her body, which was initially thought to be staph, shingles, or pemphigus vulgaris but was later diagnosed as sepsis. Now, there is concern about an allergic reaction. I am seeking advice on how to care for her foot at home, including cleaning, dressing, and dietary recommendations to aid skin repair. Additionally, I want to know if it's safe for her to go out in public with her foot condition and if I'm violating HIPAA by seeking a second opinion.

I need help finding a doctor to sign a permanent disability form. My primary care physician (PCP) refuses to sign it, and I have severe health issues including Fibromyalgia, Lupus, IBS, and GERD, which have forced me to stop working since August 2022. My PCP wants my rheumatologist to make the request for permanent disability, but I don't understand why they are passing the responsibility back and forth. Where can I find a doctor who will sign the permanent disability form?
