I have been experiencing frequent and sharp headaches on the front of my head for the past week. I take ibuprofen, which sometimes helps, but the headaches return. I have a history of lupus, high cholesterol, and I take Ambien to sleep. What could be causing these headaches and what can I do about them?

I got diarrhea 5 times yesterday after being hit on the abdomen many times during combat sports the day before. I took medication and am now much better. Is there any relation between the abdominal hits and the diarrhea? Additionally, I have IBS, LSC, SD, skin allergy, and drying skin. Do I have any restrictions on participating in combat sports, including the use of equipment and clothing? Can I use water jets from the shower to clean the genital area with LSC directly, even with multiple showers per day? If small droplets of toilet water mixed with detergent land on the genital area with LSC, can I just use toilet paper to clean them without needing an immediate shower? Can I stop taking certain medications like Eurodium once I get better, but continue with others? Can Sebclair cream be used on drying skin for the prevention or treatment of SD?

My wife has had lower back pain (about 6 out of 10), chills with no fever, hot flashes during the night, and some nausea for 5 days. She is 49 years old with good health except for epilepsy.
