I have a question about gastrointestinal issues. About once a month, I see blood in my stool, which has happened about three times in my life. I haven't used any medication for this. I’m going to see a doctor this week. What could be the cause of this bleeding, and should I be worried about cancer?

I hit the back of my head hard on a metal object. There was a small cut and bleeding, and now it is just painful. I vomited saliva while brushing my teeth, possibly due to alcohol consumption. There is only one small bump. Should I be concerned about a brain bleed, and do I need a CT scan? Also, when can I take Advil after drinking alcohol?
