I have been experiencing abnormal bleeding for the last 4-5 months, along with symptoms like excess body hair, food sensitivities/inflammation, and irregular cycles. My last pap test was in June 2019 and came back normal, but I have noticed discolored discharge and unusual smells lately. My periods were regular until the summer of 2020, but now I have frequent spotting and light, painless periods with a strong foul smell. I am 23 years old and have gained 15 pounds during quarantine, which has also led to a resurgence of excess body hair. What could be causing these issues and what should I do?

For the last 5 hours, I have had an on and off ache in my middle right upper stomach, just below my rib cage. I am concerned about its seriousness, especially since I had lung cancer surgery last October and have been following nodules on the left side.
