I have been experiencing intermittent blood in my stool for the past 4 months. I am a 37-year-old Asian female. I am unsure if I have hemorrhoids and have noticed what appears to be a fissure or raw skin area, but I am not certain if this is the cause of the bleeding. The blood is a small amount, red on the stool, and muted red/pink on the paper. I have an appointment with a colorectal NP in a month but wanted some advice beforehand. Should I be concerned about colon or rectal cancer, and if so, would the symptoms typically worsen over time?

I am experiencing flushing and swelling of the face, high blood pressure (167/111), and a heart rate of 90. I had an infusion of Actemra today at 1:30 pm for Rheumatoid Arthritis, which I have been taking for over a year. This is the first time I have had this reaction. What should I do?

I had a bone marrow transplant in 2018. I have a high temperature of 39.7°C, experienced rigors while driving, and took Panadol. Now at home, my temperature has spiked again, my heart feels fluttery, and my whole body is in consistent, aching pain. I am 53 years old, an asthmatic, and only using Panadol. What should I do?

I haven't pooped in 3 days and I feel bloated. I pass gas but am concerned about constipation following diarrhea from bad Chinese food. What should I do?

What doctor should I talk to and what treatments can I use for my symptoms of hemorrhoids, which include pain and swelling around the anus, but no blood mixed with stool?

My partner has been experiencing acid indigestion and bloating after meals, particularly with breakfast porridge and oats. She has a history of IBS and has had tests for thyroid issues in the past. We are concerned about potential stomach issues, including tumors or ovarian problems. She is overweight but not losing weight or experiencing general stomach pain unless she eats certain foods. What could be causing these symptoms and what steps can we take to address them?
