I have been experiencing left ear pressure, ringing, and a fluttering or vibrating sensation in my inner ear from certain sounds for about a month and a half. I had a bad head cold in October, and since then, my left ear has felt full of pressure and sometimes fluid. I've been to the clinic multiple times, had ear wax cleaned, and been on various medications, including antibiotics and Zyrtec, but the pressure and vibration persist. My ear drum is bulging, and there is fluid behind it. Should I be concerned about the urgency of this situation, and how long can the Eustachian tube stay blocked?

I have an umbilical hernia that has been present for three years and may have grown slightly larger. Some doctors say it looks incarcerated, while others say it is too small to be considered so. The hernia causes some discomfort but doesn't hurt when pressed and is firm, not reducing when pressed. What should I do about this?

I had two aneurysms, one of which ruptured in 2016, and I also have a brain AVM on the left side. The rupture caused the AVM to bleed and resulted in a minor stroke. I was treated by a specialist who filled 90% of the AVM with an Onyx device and all the aneurysms. They mentioned that the AVM could potentially grow and want to finish filling it soon. My last appointment was a year ago, and it hadn't grown. I frequently experience severe headaches, lightheadedness, and sometimes numbness in my legs and arms. Is this something I will have to deal with for life?
