A number of dark purplish spots have formed on my lips. Are they symptomatic of lip cancer or could they be related to other conditions?

I am a 46-year-old female recently diagnosed with lupus and have several pulmonary issues, including restrictive pattern with decreased DLCO and MIP/MEP, dyspnea at rest and exertion, and findings of interstitial edema and fluid in the lungs. I gave myself an enema and think I cut myself with the tube. Since then, I've had bleeding from the rectum and little bowel movement. The bleeding has stopped, but I'm concerned about small pieces of feces and what looked like a blood clot. Earlier today, I had an 'emergency race' to the restroom with more blood. I'm experiencing symptoms such as a feeling that my heart pauses on an exhale, needing to inhale deeply to normalize breathing, occasional dizziness, a single pulsing sensation into my fingers, and easy bruising. I was diagnosed with anxiety a couple of years ago, but these symptoms don't seem related. The bruises mostly appear on my chest, abdomen, and thighs, and I also experience occasional lower back pain after drinking beer and aching in the left side of my chest. What could these symptoms indicate, and what tests or advice would you provide?
