I have been experiencing migraines triggered by light, particularly bright spaces and computer screens, and sometimes accompanied by nausea. Additionally, I have tension headaches that start at the back of my left ear and radiate forward, which feel better when massaged. My family doctor suggested avoiding migraine triggers and referred me to an optometrist, but I'm unsure if this is the right approach. Should I see an ophthalmologist instead, and is a CT scan necessary for this condition?

I am a 25-year-old female on day 7 with RSV and feeling much better. I noticed my Apple Watch showed my oxygen saturation was 92% right after I masturbated, which then went up to 98%. I think I subconsciously held my breath during the activity. I feel fine and the saturation went back up, so am I okay? Could the Apple Watch have been wrong?

I am getting a strep test tomorrow but have a severe gag reflex and emetaphobia. Is it okay to use Chloraseptic throat spray before the test to numb my throat and prevent gagging, or will it affect the test results?

I have a 4-month-old boy who I suspect has RSV, especially since his older brother, who contracted it from daycare, has it. My infant has started coughing, which sometimes makes him gag, and during coughing fits, he seems to struggle to breathe with a faint wheezing sound. He is fussier than usual and seems agitated when taking a bottle. How should I proceed, and should I take him to the ER?

I had protected vaginal intercourse with a commercial sex worker and had an 18-hour-old scissor cut at the base of my penis, which was not covered by the condom and was exposed to vaginal fluid. Am I at risk for HIV from this, and do I need to get tested? Would you consider a 2mm deep cut to be superficial with zero access to the blood stream?
