I have been experiencing muscle twitches all over my body for the past 8-9 years, which have recently become more consistent and noticeable behind my right elbow. I have had nerve conduction tests in the past that were normal, and I don't notice any specific weakness or muscle wasting. What could be causing these twitches, and what can I do to manage or treat them?
