I had a pimple on my penis that I popped a couple of days ago, and now it has turned into a scab. Additionally, I seem to have a sore or cut on the bottom of my scrotum. I am diabetic and unsure how to treat these issues. What should I do?

My hCG levels are rising but not doubling. On Feb 13th, they were 481.88, on Feb 15th, 911.55, and on Feb 27th, 10,966. An ultrasound on Feb 26th showed a gestational sac but nothing inside. On Feb 29th, hCG levels were 13,872. I can't see a doctor until March 10th. Am I miscarrying?

I have had muscle twitching around my body for roughly 13 to 14 weeks, a feeling of liquid hanging around where my nose and throat come together after drinking, and sometimes black pepper in soup makes me cough as if it goes down the wrong pipe. I am worried about these symptoms and fear they might be related to MND/ALS. What should I be concerned about and what can I do?

I have been experiencing severe gastritis daily, frequent vomiting after sleeping, foamy gagging burps, and chronic diarrhea for 6-7 years. I also have a gluten allergy, dairy intolerance, acid reflux, sleep apnea, fibromyalgia, and low kidney function (now improved). My diet restrictions do not seem to affect my symptoms, and I am exhausted and weak. I have seen multiple doctors but have not found relief. What can be done to address these issues?
