I have been experiencing numbness in my upper thigh for four years and recently developed numbness in my lower outer leg, heel, and ankle, along with pain that comes and goes. I also have difficulty standing on one leg as my foot rolls inward quickly. I am worried about falling and losing feeling in my lower leg permanently. My MRI scans have ruled out spinal issues and demyelinating diseases like MS. Who should I ask my GP to refer me to for further assessment?

I had to go back to the doctor as I had cramps again. A urine test showed slight traces of white blood cells and blood, but I had just finished my menstrual cycle. I was given 5 days of Cyfox 250mg and told to have another test 2 days after finishing the course. I feel better today but now have slight brown spotting, cramps, and slight lightheadedness. A pelvic ultrasound was clear, and the last three urine tests showed white cell traces, but lab results were clear. Should I have another vaginal swab done? Or are my symptoms just related to a UTI? I don't understand why I now have spotting again and slight cramping ongoing. What other tests should I do if any?

I have been experiencing PVCs (premature ventricular contractions). They were detected every tenth beat during a recent ER visit, and while they went away for a couple of days, they have returned. I can feel them when they occur, and I am trying to get an appointment with a cardiologist. I have attached some pictures of a monitor that shows something when they happen. My pulse stays between 67-73, and my blood pressure is 130/85. I do not have symptoms like sweats, chest pains, or shortness of breath, just palpitations. Would using the bathroom make them worse, as they tend to get better after a bowel movement? Did the pictures I added show PVCs?
