I have been experiencing pain in both my forearms, noticeable when lifting heavy objects like a 5-litre tin of paint and during a round of golf. I am 62 years old, in good health except for blood pressure and asthma medications. The pain is dull, not burning or sharp, and not tender to the touch. It started in my right forearm 6 months ago and in my left forearm a few weeks ago. The pain does not increase with elbow or wrist movements, but it worsens with gripping tightly. What could be causing this?

In a jaw operation 3 months ago, a small salivary gland or its ducts in the front of my chin was cut, causing continuous hemorrhaging of yellow-whitish saliva into my chin tissue. The pressure and overall unwellness are unbearable. The jaw surgeon is unhelpful, and other specialists seem unable to assist. Where can I find the right expert or surgeon to help me quickly, without unnecessary diagnostics and red tape, for this small but very painful issue?
