I have been experiencing random swelling and significant enlargement of blood vessels in my right arm, accompanied by severe pain, heat, and difficulty gripping objects. I have a history of cervical spine issues and had an anterior discectomy with fusion at C4-C5 in 2012. The symptoms started about two weeks ago and seem to fluctuate. I am on blood pressure medications and had normal EKG and BP at my last cardiologist visit. Is this condition emergent, and could it be related to my heart or cervical spine issues?

I have a mole on my left breast that recently developed a scab, which I accidentally knocked off, causing it to bleed. The mole is about 6mm and protrudes. My husband noticed small black dots/lines around the edge under a scope. The mole also seems to be protruding more on the side where the scab was. I am concerned about the scab, bleeding, and the black dots/lines. Could this indicate a problem, and should I be worried?

I had been on Zoloft for several years but had to go off for over a year due to insurance issues. I recently started taking Zoloft again two weeks ago and had my first ever panic attack. I suspect smoking marijuana while on Zoloft might be the cause. Can that be the cause or is there another reason?

I have been coughing up greenish, cottage cheese-like, and spongy phlegm for five days. My nose smells horrible when I inhale, but I have no fever or other flu symptoms. I have a history of sinus infections but have never coughed up phlegm like this before. What could be causing this and what can I do until I can see my primary care physician?

I have tinnitus from taking Metoprolol 25MG. Can I stop it and take Lisinopril in its place? Will it hurt to stop Metoprolol? I got a cough from Lisinopril, but it would be better than tinnitus.
