I have been experiencing severe headache, neck pain, loss of appetite, vomiting when seeing food, and body aches for the past year, with symptoms worsening in the last two months. I also have frequent dizziness, especially with positional changes, and have noticed weakness in my arms and neck. Additionally, I have been getting large pimples on my face and neck for the past month. What could be causing these symptoms and how can they be treated?

I'm a 22-year-old girl experiencing severe, sharp pains that come and go near my heart, under my bra. The pain has worsened since this afternoon, and I've taken Pandol but it hasn't helped. I feel like I might vomit, get hot and cold flushes, and my heart is racing. The pain is also in the top part of my belly under my breasts and it hurts when I swallow. I also have Huntington's disease. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
